You already know you’re capable of more as a florist, founder, and creative.
But seeing what’s possible is only the beginning. Building it requires the right structure, system, and support to evolve the woman behind it.
Florist House is a home for the next generation of designers ready to grow alongside their business - combining coaching, community, and a signature methodology to support the path from vision to reality.

FLORIST HOUSE
Bree Michaelas is a former Google program manager turned floral designer. Trading boardrooms for bouquets, Bree has developed a body of work that fuses high-end wedding and event florals with a forensic interest in how creative women build lives that can keep up with their ambition.
Her philosophy is simple: a floristry business doesn’t grow by tweaking one skill in isolation; it expands as you do, across your craft, creativity, business, and capacity to hold more. Florist House is built to support exactly that expansion.
As the lead coach inside Florist House, Bree teaches the frameworks she uses in her own business and private client work - from consultation psychology and sales strategy to content, client experience, brand-building, and beyond.
A Taurus, oat latte drinker, and frequent flyer, Bree shares her life with Rob in Melbourne, Australia, splitting her time between designing, writing for The Tall Poppy, hosting her podcast Cultivate, and working with private floristry clients.
Florist House is built on four interconnected domains of development that support you in reaching your full potential as a florist: craft, creativity, business, mindset and nervous system.
The Efflorescence Model brings them into one complete system, where each domain shapes and strengthens the others. Together, they create a more complete picture of your development - helping you see where you are today, what deserves your attention next, and which area is most likely to shift everything else.
Every conversation, coaching session, challenge, and resource in Florist House is designed to strengthen one or more of these domains over time.
Reaching your full potential isn’t about mastering a single domain, it's about intentionally developing all areas until they are working together in service of the same vision. And as they strengthen, so do you - bringing you closer to becoming the florist, founder, and creative you’ve always been capable of becoming.COMMUNITY DONE DIFFERENTLY
You can keep piecing together advice that wasn't built for florists, hoping the next reel, course or caption will finally click everything into place. Or you can step into a room built specifically to support the way you work - through seasons, enquiries, consultations, studio rent, growers, and the nervous system that has to hold it all.
“Since we spoke this morning, I've registered my business, set up my banking and decided on a web hosting site. I feel like the gates have just opened in front of me… It really shifted me into gear.”
“I have a solid plan on my next steps and a clear vision, rather than before when I had lots of different thoughts but wasn't sure which ones to work on.”
“I feel clear headed and confident. I'm slowly defining who I am in the industry and the clients I want to attract.”
“Working with Bree over the past six months has been nothing short of transformative.”
“Bree's ability to listen, reflect, & ask the right questions has made a lasting impact on me.”
